I have never waited so long for a coffee - the 2 young females would rather have conversations with themselves (a) than engage with customers (B) work together to ensure a better service. One gentleman in front of me ordered food and coffee for 3 people, whilst one female prepared drinks the other worked on food prep, that took forever, then one other person ordered flat white, but not until the second girl waited on the food heating,she could have taken an order rather than engaging with her co worker, but instead waited until food was completed heated then took the order. I ordered one coffee. At that stage the 1st female made flat white, however instead of using a second machine to prepare coffee, she waited until his flat white (the smallest cup) was completed before moving onto my coffee. In the meantime the second girl could have been preparing the people's coffee that came behind me, instead they continued their conversation whilst standing together making herself look busy by wiping the coffee machine whilst the 1st girl prepared my coffee. I would not have minded accept when she was washing the jug, it looked like she did not pour out the water from cleaning and therefore my coffee tasted like warm water with foam. Needless to say I threw it in the bin and will not be using this facility again. The self made coffee from the machine in the garage tastes far better than the warm water foam that you produce! Would not recommend your coffee or service!
